An eight 12 months previous girl was killed when a female teacher reversed over her head in her pickup truck at a college in Phetchabun province in decrease northern Thailand yesterday.
At Elements , eight 12 months old “Nong Fangkhao” was on her way to faculty along with her grandmother in Ban Wai subdistrict, Lom Sak district, when she was struck by a feminine teacher’s automotive on the college road.
The teacher, 44 year previous Ratchathaya, informed police that she heard somebody knocking on her window, so she reversed the automotive and heard that she drove over something.
However, a sixty six 12 months old witness, “Son,” said that he was taking his grandchildren to school when Teacher Ratchathaya drove previous him in her Ford pickup truck. He stated the teacher struck Fangkhao and knocked her down and then reversed over her head.
Son mentioned he knocked on the teacher’s window to ask why she reversed but earlier than he had an opportunity to talk, Ratchathaya reversed over the child for a second time, stated Son.
Son believes that the child could have survived if the instructor hadn’t repeatedly reversed, crushing Nong Fangkhao’s head and neck.
The witness mentioned he picked up a stone ready to throw at Ratchathaya’s window to try and stop her from putting Nong Fangkhao once more. At that moment, the trainer opened the automobile door and slumped to the bottom.
The little girl was rushed to Lom Sak Hospital but tragically passed away.
Son said he doesn’t know the reason why Ratchathaya didn’t see Nong Fangkhao on the street. He stated Nong Fangkhao was good pals along with his grandchildren and he loved her like his own family.
He said that faculty ought to be the safest place for a child, not somewhere a trainer drives so carelessly that they crush a toddler.
Nong Fangkhao’s seventy one year previous grandmother Noopee-um said that she was walking her granddaughter to high school at 7am when Nong Fangkhao was knocked down by instructor Ratchathaya’s automobile.
Noopee-um stated that when she noticed the trainer reverse over Nong Fangkhao’s head, she fainted and doesn’t know what happened after that.
Pol. Lt. Col. Ratsanti Petchmoo from Lom Sak Police Station mentioned that no costs have been filed against the trainer yet who is in a state of shock.
The officer said that once Nong Fangkhao’s funeral is complete then negotiations will start between Ratchathaya and the victim’s household..
