Sundyne appoints new regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America

Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new function, Smith will strengthen customer going through initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to broaden throughout the C&I area.
Smith involves Sundyne with more than 30 years of expertise in promoting highly engineered tools and service solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end customers in the renewable energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and energy technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed strategies to strengthen & grow distributor sales, while additionally overseeing training and applications help. He beforehand served as a regional gross sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & fuel OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
