Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two companies have signed a joint settlement that may deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will focus on creating the ecological and gas compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.

Trillium says that Termomeccanica Pompe’s services combined with its Gabbioneta, Floway, WEMCO, WSP and Roto-Jet Pump offerings uniquely place the corporate to offer prospects with an intensive vary of complementary pump merchandise, related engineering help, and aftermarket services.
