US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, prime product strains and adding further service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 areas all through the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
