Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of business vacuum pumps and packages for cellular use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around a hundred people.
“ เกรดวัดแรงดัน will add to our vacuum options portfolio, allowing us to enter the presently untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ stated Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique business space.
