Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps that are 18m in size and the other 4 are methanol carry pumps which are 10m lengthy.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and constructed alongside the size of the pumps to monitor the temperature of each bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches every pump to its tank during set up making certain that because the pump is lowered into the tank it stays perfectly aligned, reducing vibration and wear during operation.
Once assembled, the pumps have been independently witness examined and licensed by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps were then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being constructed.
The pump delivery and installation had to align with the FPSO construct schedule. Because of the length of the pumps, they had to be put in into the vessel’s tanks through the deck before another deck above the pumps could probably be built. The first phase was accomplished efficiently over the Christmas period with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning team supporting the customer with the set up and commissioning.
The FPSO might be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 field, roughly 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. pressure gauge trerice ราคา is designed to supply as much as ninety 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It will be outfitted to handle the monsoon circumstances prevalent at the area.
