Amarinth has completed a US$1.5 million order from Armada Madura for six API 610 VS4 vertical pumps for a model new FPSO being constructed for India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps that are 18m in size and the other 4 are methanol carry pumps which are 10m lengthy.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and constructed alongside the size of the pumps to monitor the temperature of each bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches every pump to its tank during set up making certain that because the pump is lowered into the tank it stays perfectly aligned, reducing vibration and wear during operation.
